• I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status for applicant over the age of 14 (https://www.uscis.gov/ i-485. General filing, unless noted below. $1,440

• Divorce Decrees or Death Certificates: If either you or your spouse were previously married, you’ll need to provide proof that those marriages have ended.

If your petition is based on a stepparent-stepchild relationship, you must file your petition with
